Coffee Equipment Service Associate

As an Operations Associate II aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit, you will support technical, delivery, and warehouse teams. The position involves maintaining customer equipment, including coffee station setups, and resolving equipment issues at customer locations. It also includes warehouse duties and product deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain customer equipment and coffee station setups
Troubleshoot and fix equipment at customer locations
Travel between the location and customer sites
Deliver products to customers
Assist with receiving, unloading, picking, and loading
Requirements:

Strong mechanical aptitude
Previous electronic, plumbing, or electrical experience
One year in a similar role
Strong verbal, written, and customer-service skills
Basic computer skills and valid Driver's License
Use mechanical and customer-service strengths to maintain beverage equipment and support Keurig Dr Pepper customers in Saskatoon.
