Mutual Fund Operations Specialist (MyServ Reconciliation)
Location: 100% Onsite Downtown Toronto
Working hours: Monday- Friday 8:30am-5pm
Salary: $25- 30/hour
Our downtown Toronto client, a global investment leader, requires additional staff in their reconciliations department during a busy season. We are seeking a specialist with direct, hands-on experience reconciling mutual fund positions using MyServ. This role is focused exclusively on MyServ position and transaction reconciliation across a defined book of records.
Key Requirements
Proven experience reconciling mutual fund positions in MyServ
Strong accuracy in break resolution and exception management
Ability to investigate discrepancies and validate positions against internal books of record
High attention to detail and comfort working in fast paced operations environments
