Customer Experience Associate Whistler
TD
Deliver accurate financial transactions and thoughtful banking guidance as a Customer Experience Associate with TD in Whistler, British Columbia. This is a 15-hour position.
At TD Canada Trust, you will support customers through deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and banking recommendations. The role focuses on understanding needs, resolving concerns, promoting suitable solutions, and delivering positive experiences. You will also contribute to team effectiveness and operational improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Process deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments accurately
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
Resolve concerns and escalate non-standard activities
Promote banking solutions and complete processes timely
Recommend operational improvements supporting excellence
Requirements:
High School diploma and one year relevant experience
Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
Strong administration, organization, planning, and time management skills
Hands-on knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and internet
Calm, courteous verbal and written communication skills
Bring accuracy, customer experience expertise, and banking solution knowledge to TD Canada Trust customers in Whistler.
