The Chef de Partie manages an assigned kitchen section during preparation and service. You will coordinate plating, monitor food quality, and support consistent execution of recipes and portions. The position includes coaching junior kitchen team members and communicating with kitchen leadership.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead daily setup, preparation, cooking, and service
Prepare mise en place and stock the station
Coordinate timing and plating of tapas
Monitor freshness, temperatures, portions, and presentation
Guide cooks and communicate service priorities
Requirements:

Previous professional kitchen experience required
Strong cooking, plating, and portion-control skills
Knowledge of food safety and allergen management
Food Handler certification or willingness to obtain
Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
