Investment Banking Analyst BMO Capital Markets

Build investment banking expertise at BMO Capital Markets in Montréal through valuation analysis, financial modeling, and client presentation development.
As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will gain exposure to industries, public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions, and financial advisory. BMO’s Global Investment Banking Training and Development Program begins in July 2027. Training covers accounting, valuation, modeling, and pitch book development. The position supports transaction teams and client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Run valuation analyses for investment banking transactions
Perform complex financial modeling across multiple projects
Research industries and companies for transaction analysis
Develop client presentations and marketing memoranda
Support client relationships and business development activities
Requirements:
Graduate December 2026 or spring 2027
Pursue finance, mathematics, accounting, engineering, economics, or statistics
Demonstrate strong academic achievement and leadership experience
Show excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
Speak fluent French and English
