Support healthcare leaders at Scarborough Health Network with labour relations, investigations, and strategic HR expertise at Consilium Place. The full-time assignment lasts 12 months.
This Strategic Human Resources Business Partner works with clients, project teams, employees, Unions, and leaders. You will provide guidance on complex employee and labour relations matters while delivering HR programs and initiatives. The role requires applying collective agreement language, legislation, and Hospital policies.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise leaders on complex employee and labour relations issues
Work with Union leadership to resolve employee concerns
Lead grievance responses for the assigned portfolio
Conduct workplace investigations and develop recommendations
Provide workforce lifecycle support to employees and leaders
Requirements:

Minimum five years’ related Human Resources Generalist experience
Healthcare and unionized environment experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
CHRP designation required with HRPA membership in good standing
Expertise in coaching, consulting, and conflict resolution
Bring healthcare HR, labour relations, investigation, and conflict resolution expertise to Scarborough Health Network’s strategic HR team.
