Commercial Construction Superintendent
Concord Projects Ltd.
Lead commercial construction delivery at Concord Projects through proactive scheduling, quality oversight, and strong subtrade coordination. This is a full-time permanent position.
Reporting to the Construction Manager, the Construction Supervisor monitors and supervises projects through successful completion. The work involves interpreting drawings, coordinating trades, managing documentation, and supporting on-time, on-budget delivery. Positive client and subtrade relationships remain central.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare project schedules with input from all trades
Coordinate permits, approvals, materials, labour, and shop drawings
Review work progress, quality, accuracy, and schedule performance
Monitor jobsite safety and lead orientation sessions
Control costs, change orders, deficiencies, and project handover
Requirements:
Minimum three years' superintendent experience in commercial construction
Experience building new multi-family and multi-level commercial projects
Ability to interpret blueprints and shop drawings
Understanding of local building code requirements
Experience with Procore, Microsoft Project, and Outlook
Bring construction supervision, scheduling, safety, and cost-control expertise to commercial projects at Concord Projects.
