Restaurant Culinary Production Leader

Put strong culinary production skills to work with Northland Properties, creating consistent menu items and supporting high-quality restaurant service.
This Culinary Supervisor position combines hands-on food production with shift leadership in a full-service restaurant or bar. You will follow company specifications, help balance daily ingredient costs, and assist senior leaders during service. Previous culinary leadership experience is considered an asset.
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare all menu items to company specifications
Maintain efficient, consistent culinary production
Lead shifts in support of senior leaders
Assist with fresh, top-quality ingredient use
Balance ingredient costs daily
Requirements:

Experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
Strong culinary production background
Previous culinary leadership experience considered an asset
Desire to motivate surrounding team members
