Physiotherapist Clinical Mentorship Ontario

Deliver evidence-informed physiotherapy at Axis while developing clinical reasoning, communication, and client-care skills through structured mentorship. Recent graduates and experienced physiotherapists are encouraged to apply.
As a Physiotherapist reporting to the Clinic Director, you will establish treatment goals, educate clients, and support recovery. The role includes multidisciplinary collaboration, team development, and community initiatives. Axis provides systems and administrative support for quality caseload development.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional, evidence-informed physiotherapy
Develop client relationships and establish treatment goals
Educate clients throughout their recovery
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
Participate in mentorship and community initiatives
Requirements:
Registration in good standing with Ontario’s appropriate regulatory college
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Passion for exceptional client care
