Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily yard operations safely and efficiently
Coordinate crews, operators, and yard employees
Address operational, equipment, and safety issues
Coordinate repairs and preventative maintenance activities
Guide employees and support onboarding and training
Requirements:

Three or more years in operations leadership
Understanding of heavy equipment and yard operations
Hands-on leadership style alongside crews
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Experience with safety and compliance procedures preferred
