Active Living Programs Manager

Active living leadership meets recreation programming at Cogir Senior Living, where you will assess residents' needs and enhance quality of life. Create meaningful experiences through creativity, energy, and service.
As Active Living Manager, you will lead programs that promote wellness, social interaction, and happiness for residents. You will manage a team, develop calendars and newsletters, schedule events and live entertainment, and evaluate program offerings. Your work will support independent living, assisted living, and memory care residences.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess residents' needs and develop meaningful active living programs
Create monthly calendars and newsletters for residence activities
Schedule events and live entertainment for residents
Evaluate and improve program choices and offerings
Grow and evaluate the active volunteer program
Requirements:
Experience inspiring and motivating adults toward purposeful living
Strong management skills and energetic, creative leadership
Passion for holistic well-being and recreation
Ability to motivate teams and deliver superior customer service
