Drive full cycle recruitment and onboarding for Sysco Prairies Region positions while using sourcing strategies and Workday expertise. Support multiple provinces through consistent hiring processes.
As a Recruiter, you will partner with leadership to fill vacancies and improve candidate and hiring leader experiences. You will attract diverse talent, strengthen employer branding, and champion diversity aligned with corporate values. The work includes high volume recruitment, candidate assessment, offers, documentation, and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop full life cycle recruitment strategies across multiple provinces
Source candidates through professional networks, social media, and recruitment platforms
Screen resumes, conduct phone screens, and recommend candidates
Present offers, negotiate job offers, and overcome candidate objections
Conduct orientation and follow up through onboarding milestones
Requirements:
Two or more years of progressive Human Resources experience
High volume recruitment experience and post secondary Human Resources education
Workday, HRIS, Microsoft Office, recruitment platform, and social media expertise
Knowledge of federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations
Professional communication, confidentiality, judgment, and deadline accountability
Bring recruitment, onboarding, Workday, and stakeholder partnership expertise to support diverse hiring across Sysco Prairies Region.
