The GTAA seeks a Litigation Law Clerk reporting to Senior Legal Counsel. You will manage litigation claims, compliance inquiries, policies, procedures, and project timelines. The work primarily involves commercial and construction-related disputes while supporting internal Legal Counsel and external counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage litigation claims intake systems
Triage compliance inquiries and redirect requests appropriately
Review and update internal policies and procedures
Manage timelines to ensure project deadlines are met
Support commercial and construction-related litigation matters
Requirements:
At least six years of Law Clerk experience
Experience interacting with regulatory bodies
Document collection across business units
Experience liaising with external counsel
Highly organized, confident, and accountable approach
Bring litigation coordination, compliance awareness, and legal communication skills to the GTAA offices near Toronto Pearson.
