Assistant Store Leader Nights
Princess Auto Ltd.
Lead overnight retail operations at Princess Auto while directing teams, supporting customers, and maintaining an organized, efficient warehouse.
As an Assistant Store Leader of Nights, you will work with department Leaders to accomplish established store plans and regular section audits. You will help create a safe, unique shopping experience through Royal Service. This leadership position includes recruiting, hiring, onboarding, mentoring, and training Team Members and department Leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
Accomplish established store plans with department Leaders
Complete regular audits for assigned sections
Maintain a safe, organized, efficient warehouse
Recruit, hire, and onboard new Team Members
Direct, support, mentor, and train teams
Requirements:
Two years of leadership skills
Previous retail or service industry experience
Ability to provide vision and direction
Ability to motivate, train, and coach others
Respectful, upfront, integrity-focused approach
Use retail leadership, coaching, and customer service skills to deliver Royal Service during Princess Auto’s night shift.
