Assistant Front Store Manager Operations

Lead store operations at Shoppers Drug Mart by improving product flow, maintaining standards, and supporting labour productivity across the business.
As Assistant Front Store Manager, you assist the Front Store Manager with human, physical, and financial resources. You help achieve store objectives through inventory preparation, staffing, scheduling, expense control, and customer-focused standards. Leadership includes hiring support, mentorship, and staff development.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain Store Standards across sales floor and backroom
Support labour scheduling through Work Force Management
Ensure adequate staffing levels for effective operations
Support hiring across departments excluding Pharmacy
Lead staff through Blue Culture and Core Values
Requirements:

Previous retail management experience
Effective organization, planning, and time management skills
Ability to prioritize changing initiatives quickly
Leadership, mentorship, coaching, and communication skills
Business and financial acumen
