Client Implementation Data Analyst
ReFlow
Turn client goals into reliable Reflow analytics through SQL, data modeling, and precise implementation work. The role may begin part-time.
This Forward Deployed Data Analyst position owns configuration quality for new and existing customers. You will partner with clients and Customer Success to define how organizations measure work. You will translate business intent into clear rules, configure software, and improve metrics, reporting, and analytics processes. Product and Engineering collaboration helps identify improvement opportunities and inform the roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Translate customer goals into clear Reflow implementation plans
Own setup, configuration, and implementation for new customers
Define organizational and team measurement approaches
Improve implementation and analytics processes
Collaborate with Product and Engineering on improvements
Requirements:
Strong SQL and database knowledge
Excellent client-facing communication skills
Experience translating business intent into testable rules
Rigorous attention to conflicts, overlap, and correctness
Client-facing implementation, analytics, solutions, or customer success experience
Bring client communication, implementation judgment, and SQL expertise to configure meaningful workforce intelligence in Reflow.
