Insurance Rollover Financial Consultant

Use your Life Insurance License to advise Sun Life clients through insurance rollovers in a hybrid consulting role beginning January 2027.
As a licensed Financial Services Consultant, you will support Group Benefits members transitioning from employer coverage. Your work will focus on health and dental, life insurance, and critical illness options. You will recommend individual solutions aligned with client needs while contributing to sales objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive inbound calls and transferred sales leads from Group Benefits members
Review insurance conversion options during client consultations
Recommend individual plans aligned with client needs
Support clients by phone and video conferencing
Meet or exceed established sales objectives
Requirements:
Valid and active Life Insurance License (LLQP)
Two to three years of sales or service experience
College or university degree, or equivalent related experience
Strong verbal, written, interpersonal, and listening skills
Ability to work independently and build client rapport
