Bilingual Inside Sales Representative

Use bilingual sales and customer service skills as an Inside Sales Representative in Ayr, Ontario. This full-time role is on-site.
Martin Sprocket & Gear seeks an Inside Sales Representative for inbound customer sales support. Fluency in French, mechanical aptitude, and strong communication skills are central to the work. You will provide product information, process orders, and coordinate deliveries with facilities. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound sales calls from established customers
Provide product, pricing, order status, and delivery information
Secure and renew orders, arrange deliveries, and coordinate manufacturing
Enter orders and quotes, then complete follow-ups and analyses
Provide technical and non-technical product assistance
Requirements:
Fluency in French is required
One to two years of sales or customer service preferred
Strong mechanical inclination or technical skills
High school diploma required; college or university preferred
Computer proficiency and strong organizational skills
Support Martin customers through bilingual communication, technical assistance, order coordination, and accountable inside sales execution.
