Customer Service Scheduling Representative

Support All Weather customers in Edmonton through professional service, order processing, and technician scheduling. This one-year contract connects customers, sales, and technicians daily.
As a Customer Service Representative in the Edmonton Installation Services department, you will manage frontline communication and data-focused processes. The position involves service work orders, sales quotes, appointment scheduling, and order accuracy. You will also communicate updates, coordinate materials, and support sales administration.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide courteous customer service by phone and in person
Create service work orders and sales quotes
Review and proofread orders for accuracy
Schedule technicians and manage online appointments
Confirm schedules, materials, requirements, and final payments
Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent
One to two years of customer service experience
Computer proficiency and comfort learning new tools
