Footwear Retail Sales Manager

This Store Manager position oversees sales performance, staffing, training, and store operations for Little Burgundy. You will develop a successful sales team, implement company initiatives, communicate replenishment needs, and protect company assets. The role also requires effective customer issue resolution and demonstrated brand culture.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all aspects of store operations
Plan weekly staffing schedules according to company policy
Implement company initiatives to required standards
Communicate stock replenishment needs across departments
Conduct monthly performance reviews and develop talent
Requirements:

One to two years of retail sales experience
Willingness to learn and desire to succeed
Bilingualism as required in Quebec
Ability to work night and weekend shifts
At least eighteen years of age
