This Customer Service Representative manages orders, accounts, inventory flow, and customer communications. The work includes POS and JDE systems, quotes, invoices, financial transactions, and after-sales service. Building supplies knowledge and counter experience support success.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and accurately price customer and custom orders
Process financial transactions according to credit procedures
Answer telephones and distribute incoming email
Use POS and JDE systems for quotes, orders, invoices
Prepare quotes and provide after-sales customer support
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Knowledge or experience in building supplies
Strong computer and communication skills
Customer service desk or counter experience
Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and solve problems
Bring clear communication, building supplies knowledge, and order processing skills to Westlake customer service operations.
