Restaurant Catering Sales Manager

Grow catering sales for Tejano Cantina in Saint-Henri, Montreal, while leading hospitality, promotions, and coordinated restaurant execution.
As Front of House and Hospitality Manager, you will build relationships with local businesses and organizations. You will follow up on inquiries, convert opportunities into orders, and coordinate catering execution with the kitchen. The position also leads service, staff standards, and monthly promotions.

Develop local business and organization catering relationships
Follow up on inquiries and convert catering opportunities
Coordinate catering order execution with the kitchen
Deliver monthly promotions with content and marketing
Create incentives supporting hospitality, teamwork, sales, and execution
Requirements:

Experience leading front-of-house restaurant teams

Fluent English and French for catering inquiries
