Automation Systems Operations Specialist

Operate automated warehouse systems onsite for Hilton Foods Canada, using SCADA, WCS, and ERP platforms in a 24/7 environment.
The Automation Systems Operator ensures safe, reliable, and efficient material-handling operations. This role monitors automation platforms, manages operational flows, and supports performance objectives. It also coordinates with operations, maintenance, IT, and automation engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor ERP, WCS, and SCADA systems
Manage flows across production, logistics, and inventory
Analyse dashboards, alerts, logs, and system data
Support testing, validation, and controlled operational changes
Coordinate technical support across cross-functional teams
Requirements:
Three or more years in warehouse or operations environments
Experience supporting 24/7 mission-critical systems
Experience with SCADA, WCS, and ERP systems
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work in temperatures from 0° to 2°C
