Serve Mississauga customers at LendDirect using customer service and consultative sales skills in an onsite Financial Service Representative role.
As a Financial Service Representative, you will guide new and existing customers through loan processes and financial products. You will build relationships, manage calls, support past-due account resolution, and follow regulatory guidelines. Hands-on training and one-on-one mentoring support skill development.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent required
Genuine desire to help customers
Confidence promoting products meeting customer needs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer service, sales, or consumer finance experience preferred
