Shape retirement education strategies for Manulife’s national clients in a hybrid Toronto role using communication and relationship management skills.
As a National Education Consultant, you will enhance member experience and engagement in group retirement plans. You will align sponsor objectives with tailored education strategies, analyze engagement data, and simplify complex retirement concepts. The role also supports client projects, presentations, communications, and measurable program outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage onboarding, enrollment, and ongoing member engagement
Build sponsor relationships around client objectives
Design education strategies and annual communication calendars
Analyze engagement data against benchmarks
Develop multichannel communications with measurable calls-to-action
Requirements:
Strong relationship management and communication skills
Confidence presenting to pension committees and shortlist audiences
Proven project management experience with tight deadlines
Knowledge of group retirement products
English-French bilingualism is required
