Pharmacy Production Technical Lead

Coordinate pharmacy production at Shoppers Drug Mart’s Burnaby location with leadership, quality checks, and workload distribution skills. The role is full time.
This Technical Lead is a key operational contact supporting team members and daily fulfillment continuity. Reporting to the Supervisor, the position assists with production workflows, supplies, quality initiatives, and Pharmacy Assistant duties. Strong organization, communication, and decision making support the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Resolve workflow and task issues before leadership escalation
Reassign stores and shift resources for workload distribution
Provide PPE, office materials, and equipment consumables
Conduct quality checks and support quality initiatives
Assist with general Pharmacy Assistant duties as required
Requirements:

Experience in production or healthcare automation environments
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks under pressure
Proven leadership and team collaboration skills
Positive, cooperative, and team oriented mindset
