Mutual Fund Suitability Review Analyst

Review mutual fund trades for suitability and completeness as a temporary Suitability Review Analyst with Primerica’s PFSL Department. Excel proficiency supports accurate, timely trade processing.
This temporary analyst position focuses on reviewing trades against PFSL guidelines, mutual fund compliance, and securities regulations. The work requires post-secondary education or equivalent knowledge, strong organization, and careful attention to detail. Mutual fund industry experience, IFIC, and the Branch Manager exam are relevant qualifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Review mutual fund trades for suitability and completeness
Check compliance with PFSL guidelines and securities regulations
Forward deficient trades to appropriate staff for resolution
Send trades to data entry staff promptly
Compile Operations Statistics reports and complete assigned duties
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent working knowledge
Minimum two years’ mutual fund industry experience considered an asset
IFIC and Branch Manager exam required
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Microsoft Office proficiency, particularly Excel
