This Snow Crew Lead position combines leadership with hands-on work beside your crew. You will set the pace, support efficient operations, and maintain a strong focus on safety. The seasonal contract begins November 1, 2026, with early mornings, long hours, and on-call nights.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of snow removal professionals
Set the pace for daily crew activities
Work hands-on alongside your assigned crew
Maintain safe, accessible client properties
Support efficient completion of snow removal work
Requirements:
Valid G driver's licence at minimum
Transportation to job sites without public transit
Mobile phone access for communication
Willingness to work long peak-day hours
Motivation, dedication, and safety focus
Use your leadership, communication, and efficiency focus to guide CSL crews through seasonal snow removal operations.
