Remote Automotive Recovery Representative

Support automotive account recovery remotely from Markham with bilingual communication, negotiation, and payment solution expertise. Help resolve past-due customer accounts nationwide.
Honda Canada’s Account Services department seeks a Recovery Representative reporting to the Supervisor, Account Services. You will act as a trusted advisor while minimizing credit loss for HCFI. The work includes recovery processes, insurance tracking, bankruptcies, and high-risk account support.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide payment solutions for past-due customer accounts
Handle recovery, bankruptcy, total loss, and insurance processes
Research vehicle values and negotiate insurance offers
Monitor agencies, recoveries, targets, and high-risk accounts
Liaise with dealers, customers, and internal departments
Requirements:
Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
Minimum two years’ financial services experience
Required bilingual French and English proficiency
Strong negotiation, analytical, planning, and decision-making skills
Professional communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
Bring bilingual recovery, insurance tracking, and account services expertise to Honda Canada’s remote automotive operations.
