This Estimator works with a general contractor across multiple building scopes. Key Responsibilities:
Develop pricing across the full building
Analyze trade bids and identify project risks
Complete take-offs and prepare estimates
Help shape winning construction strategies

Requirements:
Two or more years of commercial or institutional estimating experience
General contractor experience across multiple building scopes
Ability to read drawings, specifications, and construction documents
Strong Excel and estimating software experience
Organized approach under tight deadlines
