Key Responsibilities:
Provide customers with service capabilities and capacity information
Enter order details accurately into the computer system
Resolve routine service issues and identify possible solutions
Schedule appointments within designated customer delivery windows
Communicate shipment updates with shippers, consignees, and third parties
Requirements:
Two years of transport customer service experience
Excellent organizational, interpersonal communication, and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and local geographical knowledge
Microsoft Office Suite experience and independent work ability
Bilingualism required for the Montreal office
