Children’s Party Coordinator Michaels
Michaels
Lead children’s birthday parties at Michaels in MON-LAVAL/EAST, QC, combining creative instruction, face painting, and attentive guest service.
You will create fun, creative environments for guests ranging from ages four to 94 and older. The position coordinates party add-ons, adjusts events to client needs, and maintains satisfaction. Retail service includes helping customers, checkout, Rewards enrollment, and store operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate birthday parties, craft classes, and other events
Instruct participants through craft projects and activities
Provide goody bags, balloons, and party add-ons
Create backup plans for event needs or emergencies
Ensure cleanliness and safety before and after events
Requirements:
Energetic, enthusiastic personality and excellent people skills
Experience with children and children’s events
Strong written, verbal, nonverbal, and listening communication
Ability to handle job stress effectively
Regular bending, lifting, reaching, stretching, and ladder access
Use creative instruction, organization, and people skills to deliver memorable Michaels celebrations and customer experiences.
