Deliver community care as a full-time Personal Support Worker in Prince Edward County, with paid mileage and travel time between clients.
SE Health seeks Personal Support Workers for community care shifts. Accepted qualifications include a PSW certificate, nursing credentials, completed nursing placements, or a Developmental Support Worker Diploma. You will support clients while meeting safety, mobility, and scheduling requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver personal support care during community shifts
Travel between clients with paid mileage and travel time
Provide care across Prince Edward County
Work days or evenings and every other weekend
Requirements:
Valid Personal Support Worker certificate or accepted healthcare qualification
Valid driver’s license and vehicle required daily
Current vulnerable sector check required
Current Standard CPR level C and First Aid
Meet immunization requirements including MMR, Varicella, TB, and Tetanus
Bring community care, dependable transportation, and required credentials to Personal Support Worker shifts with SE Health.
