Personal Banking Customer Service Associate

Build customer relationships through financial transactions and banking advice with TD Canada Trust in Montréal, Quebec, working 24 hours.
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will support the frontline branch experience for existing and prospective customers. You will connect personally with customers, explain banking solutions and processes, and exercise discretion with confidential matters. The role also includes promoting solutions, meeting assigned objectives, and supporting team effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Connect personally with customers about banking solutions
Provide clear advice on banking processes and services
Exercise discretion when handling confidential customer matters
Achieve assigned goals and business objectives
Keep coworkers updated on routine activity status
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities
Initiative while handling changing priorities accurately
Calm, courteous verbal and written communication
Established customer experience skills with different people
Use relationship-building, banking knowledge, and customer experience skills to support positive interactions at TD Canada Trust.
