Event Logistics Warehouse Manager

Coordinate event logistics for Oak View Group through purchasing, stock rotation, and warehouse supervision. Support smooth venue operations with strong management and independent decision-making skills.
As Warehouse Supervisor, you will manage the operational flow supporting assigned venue events. The work covers ordering, purchase order tracking, receiving verification, stocking, product transfers, equipment maintenance, and staff oversight. You will coach, train, and mentor part-time warehouse employees while maintaining company quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify specifications, quantities, labeling, dating, and stocking
Maintain appropriate product levels and rotate inventory
Ensure documented transfers between venue locations
Supervise staff during events and post-event breakdowns
Clean and maintain concession and utility equipment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Two to three years of foodservice, hospitality, or warehouse experience
Similar venue experience is an advantage
Previous staff supervision experience preferred
Food service certification required
