Senior Living Housekeeper
Atria Senior Living
Maintain clean, safe senior living spaces as an Atria Housekeeper using sanitation practices and organized cleaning routines. Support residents and staff daily.
Atria Senior Living seeks a Housekeeper to clean resident apartments, interior and exterior common areas, and community amenities. The work includes apartment bathrooms, kitchens, patios, windows, floors, furniture, and public areas. You will also handle laundry, supplies, waste, and sanitation while reporting resident or maintenance concerns promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Clean resident apartments, public areas, and community amenities
Wash, dry, fold, hang, and distribute resident laundry
Change beds and replenish public restroom supplies
Disinfect equipment and stock cleaning carts with supplies
Report unsafe conditions, resident issues, and maintenance needs
Requirements:
Complete all Company specified training programs successfully
Operate washers, dryers, vacuums, brooms, mops, and irons
Work various schedules and shifts as needed
Communicate effectively in English with employees and residents
Demonstrate sanitation knowledge and basic computer skills
Apply organized housekeeping, laundry, and sanitation skills while maintaining safe, welcoming environments throughout Atria senior living communities.
