Defined Benefit Pension Manager

Lead defined benefit pension administration with TELUS Health using analytical thinking, client service, and team management skills. Work hybrid or fully remote.
As a manager in the client accounts department, you will support pension plan administration for clients, members, and trustees. The position uses analytical skills across planning, monitoring, budgets, special projects, and process improvement. You will also help develop client relationships and new business contacts.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the client accounts department
Plan and organize pension administration work annually
Verify task and project progress
Train and coach team members
Prepare and track budgets
Requirements:
Minimum seven years of relevant experience
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, or administration
Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to manage and motivate work groups
Excellent French and Microsoft Excel proficiency
