Support portfolio managers at National Bank Financial by analyzing investments and executing securities trades within wealth management. Serve advisors and clients across NBF's investment services.
As a Portfolio Management Analyst, you will support the UMA Portfolio Manager within a 13-person team. Your work covers portfolio alignment, account reporting, transaction instructions, and stakeholder service. NBF Wealth Management brings together more than 900 advisors and manages over 200 billion dollars in assets across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute security purchases and sales according to investment policies
Prepare asset allocation and performance reports for client accounts
Verify deposits, withdrawals, coding, and systematic investment plans
Support portfolio managers with stakeholder customer service
Identify UMA platform issues and recommend operational solutions
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
Three years of relevant experience
Canadian Securities Course and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
Financial markets and retail advisory services knowledge
French and English language proficiency
Apply portfolio analysis, securities execution, and operational judgment while supporting NBF wealth management advisors, managers, and clients.
