Bilingual Senior Claims Case Manager

Use bilingual claims adjudication expertise with OXARO in Ottawa-Gatineau, supporting applicants through complex benefits and services assessments.
As a Senior Case Manager, you will manage claims from intake through recommendations, using case management systems and claims management principles. The position requires professional judgment, accurate communication, and technological know-how. You will support OXARO clients while monitoring performance and meeting scheduled timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate compassionately with applicants, client members, and staff
Apply adjudication principles related to causation
Manage intake, records, validation, and recommendation reports
Assess claims fairly against processes and eligibility criteria
Maintain case notes, records, and status updates
Requirements:
Ten or more years determining complex benefits eligibility
Experience adjudicating or adjusting serious-loss compensation claims
Strong customer service and dissatisfied-applicant management skills
English and French bilingual proficiency
Ottawa-Gatineau residence and Reliability or Secret clearance eligibility
