Industrial Maintenance Millwright 433A

Maintain high-speed processing and packaging equipment at Mondelēz International using mechanical troubleshooting and autonomous maintenance standards.
This Maintenance Mechanic role supports reliable equipment operation across manufacturing systems. You will inspect, repair, test, install, and modify machinery while following safety, quality, GMP, and food safety requirements. The position requires collaboration with Engineering, operating colleagues, and maintenance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain high-speed processing machinery
Convert packaging machines for new product formats
Perform safety inspections, lubrication, adjustments, and minor electrical repairs
Maintain records, journals, work orders, and preventive maintenance completion
Support changeovers, sanitation, and root cause analysis activities
Requirements:
Mechanical trade diploma and Millwright 433A license
Three to five years production or industrial mechanic experience
Ability to work weekends, nights, holidays, and alternate shifts
Machine shop equipment experience, including lathes and milling machines
Ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy objects
