Warehouse Operations Supervisor Winnipeg

Lead warehouse operations at Grand & Toy’s Winnipeg Customer Fulfillment Centre using team leadership and operational performance skills. Work Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This Operations Supervisor owns a standalone fulfillment operation and leads day-to-day performance. You will build accountability, coach employees, monitor productivity, and improve service and efficiency. The role also oversees inventory, staffing, maintenance, security, payroll, and operational costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Own daily warehouse operations and maintain a safe, productive environment
Set expectations, coach employees, and address performance challenges
Monitor productivity, service, and operational efficiency
Oversee inventory, staffing, maintenance, security, and payroll
Partner with Sales and internal teams to resolve issues
Requirements:
Experience leading warehouse, logistics, distribution, transportation, or fulfillment teams
Track record influencing culture, accountability, or operational performance
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Practical, solutions-focused problem-solving approach
Confidence working independently in a standalone operation
Bring warehouse leadership, accountability, and performance improvement experience to Grand & Toy’s Winnipeg fulfillment operation.
