Relic in Vancouver is seeking a Helpdesk Support Specialist (fixed term – 12 months). This 100% on-site role focuses on day-to-day technology support across the studio, troubleshooting hardware and software, imaging and deploying PCs, and providing hands-on desktop assistance.
You’ll manage and prioritize incoming requests, support onboarding and offboarding, track hardware inventory, and assist with hardware refreshes, software rollouts, desk moves, and events.
