This position leads hardware-focused programs involving customer schedules, product transfers, supply readiness, and production execution. Experience with optical line systems and coherent modem or pluggable technologies is a strong plus. Success depends on data-driven program health reviews, recovery planning, and constructive priority resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Connect product milestones with customer delivery schedules
Maintain customer health views, dependencies, and revenue at risk
Identify risks and establish mitigation and recovery plans
Resolve resource constraints and escalate tradeoffs
Improve delivery processes and program management practices
Requirements:

Engineering bachelor's degree or related field
Five to ten years managing programs or projects
Hardware development, qualification, and production ramp experience
Optical line system or coherent technology understanding preferred
Analytical skills supporting performance and executive decisions
Bring hardware delivery, optical technology knowledge, and recovery execution skills to Coherent Corp. customer programs.
