OFCI Equipment Procurement Manager
SB Energy
Manage OFCI equipment procurement for SB Energy’s technically advanced data center infrastructure projects across multiple United States locations. Coordinate suppliers, approvals, and delivery milestones.
As Procurement Manager, you will administer the complete purchase order lifecycle for owner-furnished, contractor-installed equipment. The position partners with sourcing, legal, logistics, finance, engineering, project teams, and suppliers. Your work aligns contracts, specifications, quantities, funding, forecasts, invoices, and project schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, validate, finalize, issue, and close equipment purchase orders
Resolve cross-functional gaps and secure timely approvals
Confirm supplier acceptance, manufacturing milestones, and shipment readiness
Maintain procurement and financial system purchase order data
Improve templates, controls, compliance, and audit readiness
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a related business or technical discipline
Six or more years of relevant professional experience
Background in procurement, project controls, or commercial administration
Strong attention to commercial, technical, financial, and delivery details
Ability to manage priorities under tight project timelines
Use OFCI procurement knowledge, cross-functional coordination, and delivery tracking skills to support SB Energy data center construction.
