English Essay Writing Professor

Teach academic essay writing in English at the University of Ottawa’s Main Campus during the 2027 Winter Semester. Emphasize grammar and reasoning.
This regular APTPUO appointment teaches ENG1100, Workshop in Essay Writing, section MO00. The three-credit course develops expository writing, essay organization, research paper preparation, and source acknowledgment. Frequent written exercises support students’ composition skills, while Writing Centre resources are required outside regular class hours. Instruction is in English, with expected enrolment of 45 students. The course schedule is Tuesday from 16:00 to 17:30 and Thursday from 14:30 to 16:00, subject to change.
