Senior ICI Construction Superintendent Ottawa

Lead major ICI construction projects in Ottawa using site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and construction management expertise. This permanent position oversees operations from mobilization through completion.
As Senior Site Superintendent, you will lead large-scale commercial, institutional, or industrial builds for a national General Contractor. You will coordinate Project Managers, subcontractors, consultants, and clients while maintaining safety, schedule, and quality standards. The role also includes mentoring site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee site operations from mobilization through project completion
Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, clients, and Project Managers
Deliver major ICI projects safely and on schedule
Maintain high standards of construction quality
Mentor site teams and future Superintendents
Requirements:
10+ years of progressive site supervision experience
General Contractor experience in commercial, institutional, or industrial construction
Large complex ICI project delivery experience, ideally $50M-$100M+
Strong construction methods, sequencing, drawings, and building systems knowledge
Experience with construction management software and Microsoft Office
Bring senior site leadership, technical construction knowledge, and team coordination skills to major Ottawa ICI projects.
