Onni seeks a Senior Project Manager for its Residential Construction team in Vancouver. This position oversees project schedules, scope, resources, documentation, communication, and reporting. You will coordinate consultants, subcontractors, employees, Project Coordinators, and Superintendents while supporting cost estimates and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop, track, and maintain project schedules
Review critical paths and adapt projects to meet deadlines
Complete tendering for contract awarding
Allocate internal and external project resources
Manage scope changes and develop contingency plans
Requirements:

Minimum eight years construction project management experience
Experience with multi-family residential projects
Direct project manager process development and execution experience
Full-build concrete tower experience is an asset
Project management education or relevant credentials is an asset
