Key Responsibilities:

Design high availability and disaster recovery patterns
Test telephony and contact centre dependency failover
Automate infrastructure and deployments through CI/CD
Run fault-injection and chaos engineering experiments
Support migration activities across collaborating teams
Requirements:

Five-plus years in SRE, platform, or production operations
Experience with Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
Python or Bash scripting experience
Genesys Cloud CX architecture and automation knowledge
AWS or Azure cloud experience
