Senior Corporate Solutions Manager
CBC/Radio-Canada
Lead product management and technology strategy at CBC/Radio-Canada through a hybrid Senior Corporate Solutions Manager position in Montreal.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Solutions, you will support business partners across Human Resources, Legal Services, and Service Center Solutions. This temporary, full-time assignment focuses on product evolution, project management, personnel management, and technology alignment. You will oversee analysts and manage application portfolios including Workday, Livelink, ServiceNow, and Vimbiz.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop product evolution strategies aligned with business domain visions
Manage governance meetings, priorities, technology risks, and client relationships
Oversee project delivery, maintenance, security, integrity, and service levels
Coordinate analysts, employees, external resources, and daily activities
Maintain road maps and strategic plans for financial planning
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science
Five years’ experience in personnel and product management
At least five years’ experience managing SaaS products
Knowledge of product governance, service levels, and project management
Bilingual English and French communication skills
