Marketing Data Science Manager

As Data Science Manager, you will manage three Data Scientists across Australia, the UK, and South Africa. You will personally own North American campaign, event, churn, and funnel measurement. Your work will bring AI-driven insight generation and agentic analytics into everyday delivery.

Manage three Data Scientists across multiple timezones
Own North American campaign and event measurement
Analyze churn and funnel effectiveness
Embed AI-driven and agentic analytics into delivery
Present complex analysis clearly for decisions
Requirements:

Marketing measurement experience across campaigns, events, churn, and funnels
Working knowledge of SQL and solid Python skills
Foundation in statistics, experimentation, and causal thinking
Familiarity with BigQuery, Google Analytics, and Mixpanel
Ability to coach across timezones and audiences
Shape Xero marketing decisions through measurement, AI-driven insight generation, agentic analytics, and people leadership in Vancouver.
